In this Client Success Coordinator position, you will be collaborating with the Client Success Team to scale our number of clients and take their experience to the next level. The product has been proven to be highly effective as is evident from the testimonials you can read on the website.

Goals in Collaboration with the Customer Success Team:

  • Achieving 90% or more client tasks and milestones being completed within set timelines
  • Achieving a 90% or higher, 9 out of 10 Client Satisfaction rating 
  • Achieving 90% or more of clients increasing their client rating of their areas of life focus score bi-weekly. 
  • Aid in creating systems to support the team in being able to focus on the clients, growing the business and feeling as good as possible. 
  • Provide exceptional administrative and client success support to increase revenue for the company.


For Alignment  Clients:

  • Be excited about finding new ways and resources to make our clients lives and business more joyful, fulfilling, peaceful.
  • Manage Copper (formerly known as Prosperworks – our CRM system), monitoring all client onboarding activities and completing assigned client-related tasks in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the development and execution of client success processes by thinking through and suggesting ways to improve systems and processes.
  • Create branded operational checklists for implementation with the Client Success team
  • Implement clients success processes and checklists into automated project management workflows 
  • Excellent and jovial communication and scheduling with clients and the Lifestyle Perfected team.
  • Manage client calendars and scheduling by coordinating with their operations team to implement Time Management processes.
  • Take information from client coaching calls and ensure it’s accurately outlined in their Alignment Tool and project management materials.
  • Create branded operational checklists for implementation with the Client Success team
  • Actively participate in all client implementation sessions, following up on action items and leading meetings from time-to-time.
  • Perform research for clients, communicate findings to them, organize findings in a way that is reusable for other clients.
  • Organize and update client files, conducting periodic audits of client Lifestyling programs.
  • Coordinate from Project Management systems such as Asana, Basecamp, Trello or others monitoring all client activities and completing assigned client-related tasks in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts to create, review and share Customer Alignment reports.
  • Think through and suggest ways to improve systems and processes.

For Lifestyle Perfected Operations:

  • Help to coordinate the Alignment Coaches schedule 
  • Aid in the coordination of client Alignment, Implementation and Advisory  sessions to ensuring consistency 
  • Perform research on state of the art best companies and practices to communicate findings to them, organize findings in a way that is reusable for other clients
  • Prepare and present weekly Project Management reports, reporting on pertinent metrics and revenue
  • Coordinate sourcing and vetting process for new vendors 
  • Attend all Team meetings, taking notes and adding action items to Asana (our PM system)


  • Education and  3 years of work experience as an Account Executive, Project or Customer Support  Manager or other related fields.
  • Desire and enjoyment of personal development
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Empathic nature, assertive when needed, with excellent persuasion skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Apps, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in project management, CRM and customer service processes, and software.
  • Must be available to work a minimum of eight (8) hours per day with at least six (6) hours during an American Timezone – Recommended availability, Pacific Time 8am to 12pm.
  • Must be available for ad hoc meetings that may be scheduled up to 5pm Eastern Standard Time.
